years of experience as a professional actress and talents extending to dance, writing, and producing, DebbieAnn exudes a commanding presence in the entertainment industry.

In 2003, she co-founded a production company in Queens, NY, dedicated to spreading joy within the West Indian community through theater, film, and television. Since then, her repertoire has flourished, spanning roles in comedy ensembles, classics like Cinderella, various Neil Simon plays, and original productions like ‘Till I Find a Place’ — A journey that led her across continents, enriching her craft and broadening her horizons. Her breakthrough in film arrived with a leading role in “Sacrifice,” honored as Best Feature Film at the Indo-American Arts Council Film Festival, followed by a captivating performance in “Karma: A Love Story,” acclaimed at international film festivals. Most recently, she’s getting ready to enthrall audiences with her role in the film “BAGGAGE,” directed by Emmy Award Winner Rob Vicente.

Today, she remains steadfast as she directs her efforts towards her own film & theater productions through See Beyond Studios. Here, she IS meticulously crafting two original screenplays set to redefine storytelling. “It Takes Ah Village,” a poignant TV series, explores the complexities of parenthood and postpartum depression, encouraging reflection on the importance of community support. Simultaneously, an off-Broadway production sheds light on the unwavering resilience of her Indian ancestors, who triumphed over British indentured servitude with unparalleled fortitude.
